This is either for the “newbie” or the “novice” who is looking to shed weight, eat clean, change their relationship to food, learn new techniques or simply be exposed to the newest ideas in the world of nutrition. I will host weekly meetings that will last approximately 2 hours. During this small group coaching, I will encourage clients to keep a food journal (which I provide), try new recipes and to stick with the specialized program that I have developed for them over the course of 6 weeks. In addition to the coaching, I invite special guest presenters to participate in the weekly gatherings. From guest chefs to meditation teachers, there is always something exciting to look forward to! The accountability, camaraderie and energy of the group is exciting and inspiring.
