Every year it’s one of my New Year’s Resolutions to get out of my OWN food rut and try new products and recipes that I can then share with you! It’s so important to refresh your diet and NOT feel like you are caged in with the foods you have labeled as “good”. Part of the ZO Program and what I tell all my clients is there aren’t any “bad” or “good” foods, only foods that make you feel good or bad. My goal is to help you change your mindset to only eat those foods that make you feel good. I look forward to hearing what you think about my new finds for 2021!
- The Tahini Goddess – One of my favorite product lines that I just can’t stop talking about is The Tahini Goddess. You probably recall me posting about her bagels, well she has so many great products, including the Cesare-style Tahini that I think is delicious in tuna salad! It’s a must-try for a protein-packed, low-fat punch to your 2021 recipes.
- Truff Hot Sauce – If you love truffle and hot sauce, then you’re in for a real treat! I stumbled upon this a few months back and started using it on pretty much everything, especially eggs. This condiment is a must-have in your life!
- Palmini – I do love pasta and have through the years I have tried many products to replace the common pastas that we have all grown up with. I’m literally OBSESSED with Palmini! Made with Hearts of Palm, Palmini is gluten-free, sugar-free, non-GMO, and has only 20 calories per serving – and more than that – it tastes great! I love it dressed up so many ways, but one of my 2021 go-to’s is my tuna pasta salad! It’s definitely worth a try and the product can be found at Whole Foods Market.
- The name Jennifer Fisher is synonymous with fine fashion jewelry but what you may NOT know is that she also makes an incredible line of our flavored salts! If you have ever read any of my food posts, you would know that I am incredible in favor of spices to stir up your taste buds, which in turn makes you feel satiated. This new line of salts is incredibly flavor-packed and a little bit goes a long way!
