The Menu


Grilled Chicken Massaged Kale Salad
topped with tri-color quinoa, dried cranberry, and toasted sunflower seeds
Turkey Taco in a Grilled Soft Shell
with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, bean sprouts and avocado-black bean spread
Chicken Caesar Salad in a lettuce bowl
with creamy avocado caesar dressing
Turkey Meatball bowl
Oven roasted cauliflower, butternut squash and quinoa pilaf


Egg Frittata Bites
with diced turkey bacon, onion, mushroom and spinach with a cup of creamy tomato soup (made with almond milk)
Gluten Free Chicken Meatballs
served over lentil pasta and fresh pomodoro sauce
Grilled Lean Turkey Burger
served with baked sweet potato french fries and sauteed broccoli
Blackened Grilled Chicken Breast
over cauliflower puree and sauteed spinach

This menu is free of gluten and dairy and loaded with veggies, organic protein and lots of fiber to keep you feeling full and satisfied.

No problem, we'll eliminate the starchy carbs and add more veggies!

The Details

Orders are due by Wednesday May 1st for a pick up on Sunday May 5th. The 4 day meal plan begins on Monday May 6th.


In addition to the 4 lunch's, 4 dinner's and energy ball snacks, you'll also receive breakfast ideas and recipes to incorporate into the 4 days to keep things healthy, nutritious and filling.


Plus, you'll receive daily email support from Audrey, your health coach, who will also be available via email to answer any questions you may have along the way!
