Each day you will enjoy the following lunches, dinner and snack.
with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, bean sprouts and avocado-black bean spread
with creamy avocado caesar dressing
Oven roasted cauliflower, butternut squash and quinoa pilaf
served over lentil pasta and fresh pomodoro sauce
served with baked sweet potato french fries and sauteed broccoli
over cauliflower puree and sauteed spinach
Organic Sun Butter, flax, chia, cranberries, dates and gluten free oats
This menu is free of gluten and dairy and loaded with veggies, organic protein and lots of fiber to keep you feeling full and satisfied.

No problem, we'll eliminate the starchy carbs and add more veggies!
Orders are due by Wednesday May 1st for a pick up on Sunday May 5th. The 4 day meal plan begins on Monday May 6th.
In addition to the 4 lunch's, 4 dinner's and energy ball snacks, you'll also receive breakfast ideas and recipes to incorporate into the 4 days to keep things healthy, nutritious and filling.
Plus, you'll receive daily email support from Audrey, your health coach, who will also be available via email to answer any questions you may have along the way!

The menu is gluten-free, dairy-free and loaded with veggies, clean organic protein and lots of fiber.
