Easy Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

  • 1or 2 packages of organic chicken breasts
  • 1-2 jars of your favorite salsa
  • 1 large red onion
  • cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and pepper


  • In the crockpot turned on low, add the chicken breasts, salsa, onion and spices. Cook for 6 hours until you can shred the chicken. 
  • Strain the chicken from the broth and place into a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 or 5 days.
