- 1or 2 packages of organic chicken breasts
- 1-2 jars of your favorite salsa
- 1 large red onion
- cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and pepper
- In the crockpot turned on low, add the chicken breasts, salsa, onion and spices. Cook for 6 hours until you can shred the chicken.
- Strain the chicken from the broth and place into a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 or 5 days.
