Audrey Zona is a knowledgeable expert and a passionate advocate in the area of women’s health, wellness, weight loss, beauty, and fitness.

An Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach specializing in the psychology of eating, Audrey trained with The Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She is one of only three coaches and spokespeople for Prolon®, the company that created FMD, the fasting mimicking nutrition program.

Audrey founded her lifestyle business, ZoHealthy, as a way to share her wisdom through one-on-one coaching, small group women’s wellness programs, seminars, and workshops.

She has coached thousands of clients to make educated food choices and transform their nutritional habits by helping them create a personalized roadmap that encourages a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing a positive relationship with food.

Her calling to step into this line of work stemmed from “having been there” with her own struggles. She realized that mindset had to be in the driver’s seat in order to achieve healthy lasting weight loss. Since then, she has spent a lifetime compiling an overflowing tool-kit that simply works.

Dr. Shari Becker is a licensed clinical psychologist with 30 years of clinical experience. Trained as a yoga and meditation teacher, Shari integrates mindfulness and yogic philosophy into her work as a psychologist.  Her yoga and meditation classes incorporate themes related to mental health and emotional resilience, offering tools for coping with the demands of daily living.

Shari has always been intrigued by the way the human body expresses, holds, and releases emotions. In order to better understand the way human emotional systems function, she became certified as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.  This approach is designed to heal trauma and increase tolerance of intense emotional experiences by directly engaging the body, specifically, the nervous system.

Passionate about self-care, Shari addresses physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational aspects of her patients’ and students’ well-being. One of her areas of self-care expertise is in helping individuals address and heal their relationships with food and eating.

Shari has a private psychotherapy practice in Ridgewood, NJ.  She teaches weekly mindfulness-based gentle yoga (donation-based) and meditation (free) classes online. She also offers webinars and workshops on topics including optimizing self-care, enhancing interpersonal relationships, stress-management and intuitive eating.
