I share about calories, goals, discipline and meal planning, but don’t worry, it’s just setting the stage so we can get into the juicy stuff later on.

We take a deeper look into sugar in all its forms. It can often be demonized in the diet industry and it’s crucial that we take the time to truly understand its role in our wellbeing. We’ll break down the impact of processed foods and alcohol, the value of natural sugars, and the dreaded nighttime snacking.

Hunger Signals & The Mind Body Connection

UNPACKING HUNGER AND GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF WHY WE EAT

Our body is always communicating with us, telling us what it needs. And hunger is often loud, but can signal many different needs. We’re going to unpack and get to the bottom of why you eat, when you eat, what you eat, and how sleep affects everything, including cravings.

WEEK 5

Handling Stress & Why Mindset Matters

DIVING DEEP INTO THE THINKING THAT’S BENEATH IT ALL

This is where we dive deep into the “thinking” underneath it all. Uncover how your emotions, old habits and limiting beliefs affect your metabolism. We’ll incorporate self-care techniques for meditation, breathwork, positive self-talk, and ultimately cultivating respect for YOURSELF!

WEEK 6

Travel, Dining Out, & Social Situations

NAVIGATING TRAVEL AND EATING OUT WITHOUT ANXIETY

I’ll get you ready to travel, dine out, and navigate the holidays with ease. We’re tossing the term “cheat meals” out the window. You should absolutely be going out and enjoying your life guilt-free. You’ll get tips to prepare for your flight, take snacks on the go, and navigate menus and all sorts of social situations without anxiety.

Prep and Plan It

FITTING IN THE PROGRAM SEAMLESSLY WITH YOUR LIFE

Making the program work means that you can fit it in seamlessly with your life. You’ll receive the tools to prepare and plan ahead for meals and workouts without feeling overwhelmed. “Working with Audrey has been a priceless experience!! She is a wealth of valuable knowledge for a healthy and productive lifestyle. Additionally, her rolodex of endless resources tailored “just for you” is absolutely one of my favorite bonuses when working with her.

I reached out again during covid as we were all quarantining and I needed healthy and appealing meals for my entire family.
