Sip Yourself Slim With Infused Water

I am firm believer of the importance of water for a healthy lifestyle.

How much water should you drink?

In general, you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day.

For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. I aim for 8-10 glasses a day. I KNOW that sounds like a lot but once you get into the habit of drinking water, you will feel so MUCH better!

One of the ways that coach my clients to entice them to drink more water is to add fresh fruit and herbs! Not only does it make the water taste delicious but it adds minerals, vitamins and nutritional benefits. Here are some tasty ways to jazz up your water and also improve your overall health!
